Changrez is the owner and director of TFMC Southend-on-Sea. He is a Senior Financial Management professional with over 25 years of progressive experience.
Changrez has a deep knowledge of accounting and finance with world class educational and professional qualifications. He is commercially focused and can add value to any enterprise through finance collaboration with core Business.
He has demonstrated a track record of building and leading high performing teams and has special expertise in controllership, planning & performance management, process re-engineering and making sense of the numbers to non-financial managers.
Rob Tinnams
Rob is the Practice Manager of TFMC Southend-on-Sea. He is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of over fifteen years working in the accounting industry.
Rob first gained a wide and diverse experience in accounting in Alberta and New Brunswick Canada before returning to his native home of Southend.
He is a strong professional working in banking and accounting with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with honours focused on Accounting from the University of New Brunswick, Canada.
